Going to the unknown and making this option more available… the back space is not always in our awareness and mostly we'll use it less… why?

Because there is less control, it's out of our sight, it's more frightening to move backwards and it's more unknown… Let's check the back space and agree to move with less control and thought… In this workshop we will practice how to use the back space and see how we can make it more available and light…

The workshop will include technical elements in dance that include:

• Flowing floor work
• Proper fall to the floor
• Enhancing aviation capabilities with a partner
• Accurate skeletal use for weight lifting
• Developing soft landing instinct
• Functional movement without unnecessary effort
• Injury avoidance thinking.
