PRACTICE INA
The workshop invites participants to experience PRACTICE INA, a unique and new movement language based on Sharon's personal research within the field of Contact Improvisation.
The study was born out of the need to develop the CI research to a tool for choreographic creation and distinguishes between the transition between improvisation and creation.
How Far ? HASTA DONDE
HASTA DONDE was created in 2010 in Spain and has won awards and accolades including the Alicia Alonso Award, 2012
The piece has become part of a repertoire of many bands around the world, among them
National company of spain, Ballete Bilenfeld Germany, Ballete de europe, Marsellie and more.
The work is performed by Tomer Navot and Noam Ben Israel, based on Practice INA
At its core is the desire to meet the need of each of the dancers in his search for the edge of the capacity limit as part of a personal development journey of any body moving between release and control
At the same time, the dancers are looking for the answer to the question, how far? (Hasta donde?) It is possible to reach the path of exhausting the abilities to move and act as one body.

18: 30-19: 30 - Performance and conversation with the composer and dancers
19: 30-22: 00 - Jam
* If the number of participants is smaller than expected, the show will be canceled and Saturday's gathering time will be 13:00.

The weekend takes place at Tamara Studio in Rehovot, 20 Batya Makov Street
Prices:
Workshop (including show and jam) - for subscribers in the early registration until 5.2 - 425 NIS, and after that 500 NIS.
Show and jam - 70 NIS
Jam only - 40 NIS
* If the number of participants is smaller than expected, the show will be canceled and the workshop will take place at the same price. In such a case the start time of Saturday will be 13:00.
A green passport must be displayed in order to participate

Sharon Friedman
Born in 1980 in Pardes Hanna, Israel. Started as a dancer in 1999 when he joined Ido Tadmor's dance company.
Later in his career he joined the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, danced in Vertigo Dance Company and participated in various projects at the Suzanne Dellal Center.
In 2000 he began his work as a choreographer in founding the PHRASA group, in 2004 he joined MAYUMANA for four years as an artistic coordinator and choreographer.
In 2006, Sharon settled in Madrid and established the project of - Sharon fridman compania
Today Sharon divides his time and artistic endeavors between Madrid and Tel Aviv, the pillars of Sharon's work are the language of contact - Connection and touch, the social dimension of dance and breaking the fourth wall, searching for new ways to connect with audiences, combining creation and making dance a personal experience for everyone. For the past decade, Sharon has been researching touch qualities that lead to the creation of a new practice, Practice INA, which is used in his contemporary works.
